TerreForme is an Irish land and development support company focused on helping renewable energy projects move from idea to credible opportunity.
We work with renewable energy companies, developers and landowners to identify land with real development potential for solar farms, wind farms, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and substation infrastructure. Our role is practical and hands-on: finding the right land, understanding the constraints and opportunities, engaging with landowners, and helping shape projects so they can progress with confidence.

What we do
TerreForme specialises in the early stages of renewable energy development.
We source and assess land that may be suitable for renewable energy projects and build up the information needed to determine whether a site is worth progressing. This includes feasibility work, landowner research, grid access review, road access and transport assessment, and CAD-based concept layouts.
We also work directly with landowners, helping them understand the potential of their land and guiding them through the early agreement stages of a project, including Heads of Terms, exclusivity arrangements, options to lease, options to purchase and easement or wayleave agreements.
